商品到着後７日以内にご返送願います。着払いで承ります。 但し、理由は述べてください。当店からお送りしたときのダンボール箱と緩衝材を 利用して送り戻して下さい。 |
| Within 7days, please kindly return to us. Without any reason, we will bear the fee for return, however, please inform us its reason. So, please return it to us using carton box and packing materials when you received it. |
| 交換について Exchange |
不良品・輸送中の事故により商品が破損した場合は無償で交換致しますので、当店からお送りしたときのダンボール箱と緩衝材を利用して送り戻して下さい（ダンボール箱の破損が著しい場合はお手数ですが補強して下さい）。 |
| In case inferior goods and damaged goods during transportation, we will send you a replacement under free of charge. Please return it to us using carton box and packing materials when you received it (If carton box is not good for return, kindly be requested to reinforce said carton box). |
| ２回目以降の返品 Second Return |
当店の商品取り違えなど以外の、当店の責に因らない場合、返品送料はお客様 負担とさせて頂きます。 初回返品が、不良品、輸送中の事故、当店の商品取り違えなど、お客様の責任に因らなかった場合は当店負担です。 |
| If you require to exchange the goods not due to our responsibility such
as our mis delivery and etc., fee for return shall be born by customer. However, first return was done not due to your responsibility such as inferior goods, damages during transportation and our mis delivery, fee for return shall be born by us. |
| 代替品がない場合 In case we have no replacement |
出荷すべき代替品が品切れ等々の理由で送付できない可能性がありますこと、 予めご了承願います。 前払いでご入金させて頂いている場合は早急にご返金致します。 |
| Please kindly note in advance that there is a case that we can not send
replacement to you due to luck of stock. In case we have received payment from you in advance, we shall immediate remit back to you. |
